State Minister for Media Affairs Amjad Adaileh affirmed that His Majesty King Abdullah II is constantly following up on the government's procedures and decisions, and directing it to take the necessary measures to protect citizens.

He stressed that these decisions aim at protecting the citizens' health and maintaining their safety, voicing hope that this crisis blows over.
He thanked Jordanians for their understanding of the precautionary and preventive measures, and adherence to the cabinet's decisions.
The Minister also commended the local community's initiatives aimed at supporting the government's efforts to combat the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially companies that donated to the Health Ministry.
