A woman died and 37 other people suffered from various injuries and bruises after a bus overturned on Zarqa-Mafraq road near Zarqa Private University this morning.

Spokesman for the Civil Defense Directorate (CDD), Iyad Al Amro explained that cadres of the CDD rushed to the site of the accident, provided the necessary first aid to the injured and transferred them, along with the deceased to Zarqa Public Hospital.

For his part, Head of the Hospital, Dr. Mabrouk Al Sraihin confirmed that nine of the injured are in ctirical health condition, while 26 others are in minor conditions.
