In a live stream interview with Roya, head of Arabia Weather, Mohammed Al-Shaker said that the Kingdom is expected to witness more snow showers in the next few hours, as a polar cold air mass is hitting the Kingdom.

The eastern, central and southern parts of the Kingdom are expected to witness snowfall, he confirmed.

Al-Shaker added that temperatures may drop down to below zero degrees.

He warned of severe frost and extremely cold weather tonight and tomorrow.
