The Ministry Directorate in Shoubak city of Ma'an has announced that schools will have a delayed start as of tomorrow and until Thursday, January 23, due to the unstable weather conditions that are affecting the Kingdom, according to the spokesman for the Shoubak Directorate of Education.

A polar air mass is expected to hit the Kingdom as of the early hours of Tuesday, January 21, as a remarkable drop in temperatures is in the forecast with extremely cold weather and rainfall in several parts of the Kingdom.

Rainfall may be mixed with hail showers at times. However, snowfall is expected over the areas exceeding 1000 meters above sea level tomorrow morning and noon.
