A 27-year-old girl was injured this morning after she attempted to commit suicide by jumping off a building in Aidoun area of Irbid Governorate, a security source has said.

Security services rushed immediately to the site of the incident and tried to convince the girl not to jump.

The source explained that the girl suffers from mental illness and is deaf.
