The Media Department of the Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) has called on citizens to take precautions during the weather depression that is expected to hit the Kingdom as of tomorrow afternoon.

The CDD has called for the following:

• Stay away from valleys and areas where flooding may occur.
• Safe use of heating facilities.
• Proper home ventilation.
• Turn off heating facilities while sleeping.
• Fix down rooftop objects which can be uplifted by winds to prevent endangering others.
• Drive safe in poor visibility conditions.
• Call (911), in case of emergency.
