The Greater Amman Municipality announced on Sunday, November 24, 2019, that as of Wednesday, November 27, it will start removing the 6th circle in Amman and install traffic lights instead, in cooperation with the Central Traffic Department (CTD).

Director of the Department of Traffic Operations, Eng, Mohammed Faouri said that GAM and the CTD will work to provide means of traffic safety at the work site.
