In an official statement issued today, a number of third-rank employees of the Ministry of Education have threatened of starting an open strike this Wednesday, after the Ministry of Education did not achieve their demands.
Employees called for a JD100 salary raise and to be included in the Royal Grant, just like employees of higher ranks.
They also called for fixing their job titles based on their responsibilities.
Earlier in October, third-rank employees organized a protest in front of the Ministry of Education, asking for their demands to be fulfilled.
