A number of members of the Jordanian Teachers Syndicate in Karak have held a protest today.
Protestors, who held the protest in front of Karak Palace of Justice, called for releasing the head of the Syndicate's branch in Karak and two other members of the Syndicate.
The Syndicate's spokesman, Nour Al-Deen Nadeem confirmed in a statement that "this protest is not against anyone in specific."
"The Syndicate had earlier called on the Minister of State for Legal Affairs, the Minister of Education and Prime Minister, Omar Razzaz to make efforts for the release of the head and members of the Syndicate, yet they were not released," the spokesman added.
