Nine people threatened on Wednesday evening, October 30, 2019, to commit suicide by jumping off a building adjacent to Madaba governorate building, according to Roya's correspondent in Madaba.

The nine citizens called on the government to offer them jobs instead of a number of foreign workers who work at the Municipality of Madaba.

Madaba governor and a number of officials met with a representative of the nine citizens in an attempt to find jobs for them, yet the meeting ended with no results because there are no government jobs available for now, the citizens said.
