"No Jordanians were reported among the people who died and who were injured during Iraq protests," Head of the Operations Centre at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Sufian Qudah confirmed on Friday, October 4, 2019.
Qudah added that the Jordanian Embassy in Baghdad has been contacting the Jordanian citizens residing in Iraq since the first day of the protests to check on them.
The Ministry called on Jordanians to exercise caution and urged them to contact the hotline of the Jordanian Embassy in Baghdad at 009647822099993 or the Ministry's Operations Centre at 00962795497777.
