Many teachers have begun an open-ended strike inside most of the public schools in the Kingdom on Sunday, September 8, 2019.

After the Jordanian Teachers Syndicate called on teachers to begin the strike today, many teachers went to schools but refused to enter classrooms or give lessons until school hours are over.

This comes after teachers protested on Thursday, September 5, 2019, demanding a 50% raise.
