Jordanians facing hard living conditions and struggling with the current economic situations have planned for an event entitled "Be Optimistic."

The event is expected to take place on the Airport Road in Amman on Monday, September 30, 2019.

Organizers of the event said through a post on Facebook they want to "get out of the depression they are suffering from in Jordan" through this event.

"It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness. Hope has nothing to do with logic. A strong mind is always hopeful," the organizers said.

"Great hopes make great people. Well, my friend, it is not what they take from you that is important. What is important is what you do with what is left for you," they added.

"It is not important what happens to you, but what you will do with what happens to you. In every winter's heart, lies a quivering spring. The darkest hour is just before dawn," organizers further added.

It was not known whether the event is licensed by the official authorities, and it was not also known who are its organizers.
