Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested 23 Palestinians in various areas of the West Bank on the dawn of Monday, August 19, 2019.

The young Palestinian citizens were arrested under the pretext they participated in popular activities against the Israeli occupation.

The detainees were taken to the occupation prisons.
