In a statement issued on Thursday, July 25, 2019, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) announced that five inmates of various reform and rehabilitation centers in the Kingdom have successfully passed the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi).

Spokesman for the PSD said that the five inmates passed the examination after they attended the exams from inside the reform and rehabilitation centers and in coordination with the Ministry of Education.

The management of the centers allowed the inmates to contact their parents upon the announcement of the results and will arrange special visits to gather them with their families.
