Riots have broken out by a number of people in Jerash governorate on Thursday, July 11, 2019, according to Roya's correspondent in Jerash.

A number of rioters blocked the main road in Jerash with burning tires in Al-Merad area after a citizen was subjected to administrative detention by Jerash governor, Mamoun Lawzi.

These photos were circulated over social media platforms showing the riots.
