Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Sufian Qudah said that the second group of engineers, who were attacked in Kazakhstan earlier last week, has arrived in Amman.

On Thursday, July 4, 2019, about 21 Jordanians were sent back to the Kingdom on an open vacation until peace prevails in the area.

As a representative of Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, head of the Consular Affairs Department at the Ministry, Ahed Sweidat welcomed the returning engineers at Queen Alia International Airport, where he congratulated them on their safe return to Jordan and praised their cooperation during the crisis.

For their part, the Jordanian citizens expressed their thanks and loyalty to His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein for their follow-up on the incident and their directives to provide all support and assistance to them until they arrive safely to the homeland.
