His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein has headed a cabinet meeting held on Tuesday, July 2, 2019.

Crown Prince posted a photo on his Instagram official account that was captioned, "Continuous follow-up and clear planning are imperative to develop all sectors and provide the quality services #OurJordan and its citizens deserve. This was the main discussion at today’s Cabinet meeting."

Crown Prince, during his chairmanship of the meeting, which coincides with the occasion of the 10th anniversary of his naming as Crown Prince, stressed the need to develop a comprehensive framework and a clear timetable to ensure the implementation of projects to the fullest.

Prince Al Hussein stressed the importance of the role of youth and the need to provide care and support to them in order to benefit from their potential and to involve them in the decision-making process.

His Highness also emphasized on the importance of supporting young people in the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises, noting that empowering young people and training them to obtain jobs is a priority for the advancement of the future of the country.

Crown Prince pointed to the need to develop and modernize youth centers in various regions of the Kingdom to meet the needs of young people.

He stressed that achieving national goals requires finding innovative solutions and adopting unconventional methods to promote the national economy and enhance confidence in it through intensifying efforts to attract investments and develop vital sectors.

His Highness also affirmed the importance of upgrading the services provided, especially those related to the public transport sector, because it is important to facilitate the citizens of all parts of the Kingdom and to enable women to enter the labor market.

With regard to the tourism sector, His Highness stressed that Jordan is rich in tourist and archaeological sites, and the infrastructure of the sector must be developed to be more attractive to local, Arab and international tourism.

In this context, he pointed to the importance of involving local communities in the development of the tourism sector to be an active part of it.
