Members of the Central Traffic Department (CTD) managed to catch a driver who parked his vehicle in the middle of a lively street in Sweifieh area of Amman.

The driver stopped his vehicle in the Sweifieh commercial market, got out of his vehicle and went to a restaurant to order a meal, causing a traffic jam in the middle of the street.
