A man has snuck into a house in Mafraq governorate and stolen an amount of JD 40,000 on Monday, June 24, 2019, spokesman for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said.

The media spokesman said that, following the investigation which was launched immediately after the incident was reported to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), a man, wanted on several charges, was suspected to having stolen the money.

In record time, police were able to arrest the suspect, who admitted to the theft and were also able to seize the stolen amount of money.
