A Jordanian woman has discovered that her husband is sterile, which had caused many disputes to arise between them, which in turn called on her to file a complaint against her husband, claiming that he had sexually abused her 7-year-old son with her ex-husband.

In the complaint, the woman stated that her husband had sexually assaulted her son for 70 times whenever he had the opportunity to do so.

Based on statements made by the boy, one time, the accused asked the child to help him clean the water tank, where the child obeyed his request and took off his clothes. He became completely naked and during that time, the accused assaulted the boy, threatening to kick him out of home if he tells his mother.

After she asked him, the boy told his mother about what happened between him and the accused, which called on her to file the complaint.

The court said the defendant did not admit that he had assaulted the child, but denied doing so every time he appeared in court.

Since the defendant insisted on denying and because the child's testimony during the early court's sessions contradicted with his testimony during the later sessions, Judge Fawzi Al-Nahar decided to announce the accused innocent.
