Roya has managed to not only conquer the local Jordanian market, in fact, it has spread around the Pan Arab region managing to maintain a loyal fan base and keeping them hooked on Roya’s platforms.
We are happy with the constant growth Roya has managed to achieve during the past year, and this Ramadan, in particular, it hit extraordinary growth and achievements. Roya’s Mobile application (Google Play) managed to get a significant increase of viewership by 164% compared to last year making it the leading TV application in the region.
When compared to last year, the rate of followers and downloads of the same application on Apple (App Store) has also increased by 45%.
Following on more success and showing a remarkable increase on the news website, the rate of followers has increased by 41% in comparison to 2018.
The YouTube channel’s viewership rate rose by 45% compared to 2018, while the number of subscribers of Roya's YouTube channels has doubled aggressively.
By the end of May 2019, there were 205,920,867 views on Roya’s application solely in addition to Roya’s Facebook pages the total number of views would add to 336,320,797 during Ramadan 2019.
Roya will continue to work with all its efforts in the upcoming months to maintain this loyalty base it has built, and look forward to continuing this constant growth within the pan Arab region by providing a wide variety of content suitable for everyone.
