A video circulated over social media platforms on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, showing the newly appointed Minister of Health Saad Jaber, getting out of his car to rescue a young man who had a motorcycle accident.

The video showed Jaber providing first aid to the man, who suffered minor injuries, and telling him that he has to be referred to hospital for treatment.
