In a humanitarian step, members of the Irbid Public Security Directorate (PSD) have responded to a citizen's appeal, who called the emergency number (911) of the control unit at the West Irbid PSD, asking them to donate blood units for his sister, who is currently receiving treatment at Princess Badea'a Hospital

Deputy Director of Irbid PSD, Colonel Jamal Al-Jazi said that the General Security Service would always provide any charitable work that benefits the community and the homeland in partnership with all groups of society.

Al-Jazi stressed that meeting the citizen's distress comes in support of solidarity carried out by the PSD, and in complementing its moral and humanitarian role towards society.

In his turn, the citizen, Jameel Abdul Kareem, appreciated and thanked the role of the PSD members, who quickly responded to the charitable work by donating blood units to his sister.
