A huge explosion took place in the vicinity of Heathrow Airport in London, British media reported on Sunday, April 28, 2019.
"Explosions have been heard at an industrial site near Heathrow Airport sending black smoke billowing from a massive fire," according to the Daily Star newspaper.
Eyewitnesses and social media activists published photos and videos showing the moment when smoke billowed.

The Daily Star pointed out that "ten fire engines and 70 firefighters rushed to the scene battling the blaze, which is said to be at an old coal depot in West Drayton."
The cause of the fire has not been known yet.
