The Jordanian Ministry of Water and Irrigation warned on Sunday, March 31, 2019, that King Talal Dam is expected to flood in the next few hours after reaching its full capacity with a rate of 12 cubic meters per second.

Ministry spokesman Omar Salama called on all citizens to take precautions and not to approach the Dam, stressing that all measures have been taken in cooperation with the concerned authorities to prevent any issues that may occur in case it floods.
