The government condemned New Zealand’s terrorist massacre after gunmen opened fire at worshipers in mosques during Friday prayers.

The Minister of State for Media Affairs and Government Spokesperson, Jumana Ghunaimat, affirmed Jordan's rejection of terrorism, attacks on civilians and places of worship, in addition to the brutal and repeated targeting of innocent people, which is the worst form of terrorism.

Ghunaimat expressed the government’s deepest condolences to the victims of the terrorist massacre and wished for a speedy recovery of the wounded.
