Members of the Islamic Charity Center Society organized a sit-in on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, in the vicinity of the 4th Circle in Amman.

The members gathered in protest against, what they called, the government's takeover of the Organization and the government's silence towards the absurd decisions of the interim government body.

The security services had earlier reinforced their presence around the 4th Circle area.

The Islamic Charity Center Society is a charitable society of the Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan, founded in 1963 and registered in the Ministry of Social Development in 1965. It is one of the largest non-governmental organizations in Jordan.
