His Majesty King Abdullah II met on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, with a number of British officials, parliamentary, academic and intellectual figures in London.

The meeting discussed regional developments and Jordan's position on various issues and the crises in the region.

The Jordanian Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs, the Advisor to His Majesty the King, the Director of His Majesty's Office, and the Jordanian Ambassador to Britain attended the meeting.

The London Initiative 2019 will be held in London on Thursday, February 28, 2019, under the theme "Jordan Growth and Opportunities", hosted by the Government of the United Kingdom in cooperation with the Jordanian Government.

His Majesty King Abdullah II, Prime Minister Omar Razzaz, and a number of representatives of the private sector in the Kingdom will take part in the Initiative.
