A picture of a child from Ramtha with His Majesty King Abdullah II during his Majesty's visit to Ramtha yesterday has been circulating on social media.

According to the Ramtha page on Facebook, a Ramthawi child intercepted his majesty’s convoy so the King ordered the motorcade to stop, and shook hands with the child and invited him into the car and continued on their way to the site of the visit.

According to the same page, the child said to His Majesty the King: "I want to call my mother before she gets scared that I’m lost,” so His Majesty the King gave him a phone to contact his mother to reassure her.

The King brought the child to the site of the celebration which during the child climbed on a chair behind the rest of the citizens and saluted the King and flattered him, while His Majesty smiled. The situation was remarkable as if the child knew the King personally and His Majesty knew the child.
The King ate lunch on the same table with the child.
