Jordanian Finance Minister Ezzeddine Kanakiria announced the addition of 54 commodities to the list of goods which will have a reduced 10% sales tax, now to reach 150 commodities in total.

This came during a meeting of the Finance Committee parliamentary Thursday, December 27, 2018, with the Prime Minister and the economic team.

For his part, PM Razzaz said that the government is reviewing the sales tax in order to reduce the prices on some goods and hand over the list of these goods to the deputies for consideration.
