Prime Minister Omar Razza launched an interactive service platform "Bikhedmatikom" that allows citizens to communicate directly with the government by asking questions, adding suggestions, complimenting, adding complaints and reporting any violations.

PM Razzaz said in a press conference attended by Minister of State for Institutional Performance Development, Majd Shweikeh, that the interactive platform comes in line with the government's commitments to hear the citizens' voice and to communicate with them.

He pointed out that a ministerial team will be directly following up on the requests that reach the platform and that it will be held responsible for responses and solutions presented to the citizen, pointing to the main pillars of the platform: transparency, integrity, openness and accountability.

The platform includes 95 government entities in direct contact with citizens and multiple channels and is easy to use and suitable for all, available in Arabic and English languages.
