US President Donald Trump’s private plane was hit by a private jet at New York's Laguardia Airport.

The 757, which was used by Trump during his election campaign, was parked at Laguardia airport when a Global Express private jet’s tail struck the wing as it was being marshalled to turn on the runway, after landing from Long Island. 

Three people were on board the Global Express jet, no causalities were recorded.

The US President was not onboard the plane.

This incident did not impact operations at LaGuardia.
