Statistics released by the Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture, on Monday November 26, 2018, revealed that Jordanian exports of olives to Israel exceeds exports to any other country, with most of the exports going to Tel Aviv.
Israel has imported 1,369 tons of olives from Jordan over the past month, a number expected to rise this month as the olive season in Jordan will continue throughout the month.
On the other hand, Jordan exported only 19 tons of olives to other countries such as Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Denmark and Sweden, during the last month.
