Police in southern Amman are investigating a car accident that took place on Friday afternoon, November 23, where a medium-size lorry drove off road, downhill, and landed on top of a car that was turned upside down.

The lorry was carrying carpets, tables, and other equipment that’s used for setting up wedding venues and other events.

Police did not say if any casualties were reported in the accident.

Anyone out on the roads today is advised to take much care, as weather forecasters have predicted medium-to-heavy showers in different parts of the Kingdom, with the possibility of floods forming in valleys and lowlands.
