The Jordanian Senate returned the amended Income Tax Bill (ITB) to the House of Representatives on November 21, 2018, after a number of articles were found in violation of what had been already approved by the House, last Sunday.

The Senate held a session today to discuss and approve the new amendments (ITB), after the Finance Committee had made additional changes.

If both the Senate and the House of Representatives insist on their positions regarding the ITB, a joint meeting will be held to resolve these differences.
