The Jordan Society of Tourism & Travel Agents (JSTA) said in a press release on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, that it receives daily complaints from tourist offices and from tourists themselves about the terrible state of some tour buses used for touring programs.

The JSTA warned against ignoring this problem which is facing the tourism sector, pointing out that it has directed a number of correspondences so far to the responsible authorities but is still waiting for a response and solutions for this growing issue.

The agency also stressed that the concerned authorities are fully responsible for any consequences that may result from the use of tour buses whose operational lifetime has expired.
