Ayman Aloush, Charge d’Affaires of the Syrian Embassy in Jordan, accused, without explicit naming, parties who attempt to harm relations between Amman and Damascus, following the reopening of the border between the two countries recently.

In a statement to Roya, Aloush said that these “wrecking hands” are operating from within Jordan, and from the Syrian opposition, and that they do not- and will not want what’s best for either countries, by spreading rumors, the latest of which is the ‘wanted list’ of Jordanians by the Syrian Intelligence Agency.

Commenting on the Jordanian ‘wanted list’, which is being handled by various media outlets, Aloush said it is "inaccurate and taken from an opposition website which wants to harm the development of Syrian-Jordanian relations." He also added that "this list is a lie."
