A Royal Decree issued on Sunday, November 4, 2018, approved the resignation of Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Lina Annab, and Minister of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, Azmi Mahafzah, from their positions as of November 1, 2018.

Another Royal Decree approved the appointment of Bassam Talhouni, the Minister of Justice, the management of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and Scieitifc Research; and Majd Shweikeh, the Minister of Public Sector Development, the management of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, as of November 1, 2018.
