A video of two “Diana” trucks racing on a main road went viral on October 29, 2018. The drivers were identified and necessary measures were taken against them.

The Traffic Department of the Civil Defense Directorate (CDD) managed to arrest the reckless drivers ,who ignored rules and lives of others around them.
