Queen visits International Circassian Cultural Academy

Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah II visited the International Circassian Cultural Academy (ICCA) in Amman today, October 10, 2018.
The Queen met with the Academy’s President Laila Khawaj, and Vice President, Yanal Hatkas well as its a number of its members. Her Majesty also watched a performance by the Highlanders Circassian Dance Troupe.
The Academy is a non-profit organization that works in preserving and spreading awareness about the Circassian-Jordanian heritage both locally and internationally.
After the meeting, Her Majesty tweeted: "So proud of you and the incredible work you do! Thank you for your gracious welcome at the International Circassian Cultural Academy today, and for the wonderful performance by the Highlanders Circassian Dance Troupe"
