Prime Minister Omar Razzaz launched the customer satisfaction index at the Department of Land and Survey (DLS) on Thursday, Prime Ministry reported.

Razzaz said that this comes in alignment with the government’s dedication to improve the level of services offered to Jordanians in ministries and government departments, stressing that it is the government's’ top priority to best serve the citizens.

Director General of the DLS, Mueen al Sayegh, briefed the Premier and the accompanied ministers of public sector development, finance, communications and information technology on the importance of the system.

The service aims at enabling the DLS to review feedback given from citizens, to improve the service and tackle problems facing citizens at official departments.

The DLS is considered the first government department to launch the satisfaction service through smartphone applications to enable Jordanians to provide feedback regarding the level of services provided to them.
