A teacher was assaulted and his vehicle windows smashed in Al-Qabisi School in Russeifa city in Zarqa, by a number of relatives of a student earlier today, September 17, 2018.

The Director of Education of Russeifa, Rasmi Hadrab, told Roya that the student had disagreed with one of the teachers, which led him to bring his relatives to school, where they accordingly smashed the glass of the teacher's vehicle and destroyed the school’s front doors.

Hadrab added that an investigation into the incident has been initiated and legal action will be taken against the aggressors.

Violent incidents in schools have been on the rise since the beginning of the year.
