Forbes influential Arab women honored in a ceremony in Dubai

Forbes Middle East released on Sunday, September 16, 2018 a list of 100 most influential Arab women for 2018, which included eight Jordanian women.

The ceremony was held in Dubai, honoring women who have succeeded in accomplishing outstanding achievements and contributions to the regional economy in fields of industry and who were able to penetrate this barrier with excellence and innovation in the Middle East and the Arab world, a sector exclusive to men.

The main themes of the celebration included the unveiling of the list of those who reached the highest ranks in the Arab corporate world as executive managers, heads of family businesses, company founders and other senior positions.

The eight leading Jordanian women are: Randa Sadik, Deputy CEO of Arab Bank; Nadia Al Saeed, CEO of Bank Al Etihad; Haifa Dia Al-Attia, CEO of Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development; Iman Mutlaq, Founder and CEO of Sigma Investments; Simona Sabella Bishouty, CEO and Managing Director of Arab Banking Corp.; Deema Sukhtian, CEO of Munir Sukhtian Group Company; Doha Abdelkhaleq, Co-founder & Executive Partner of ESKADENIA Software; and Manal Jarrar, General Manager of National Insurance Company (Watania).
