His Majesty King Abdullah II met with retired servicemen and veterans at the Royal Hashemite Court, Amman on September 5, 2018.

During the meeting, His Majesty praised the continuous efforts that the retired servicemen and veterans of Jordan make inorder to keep Jordanians and Jordan safe. His Majesty also listened to their concerns and their suggestions. 

The King told the audience at the Royal Court that he is both proud and confident in the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army. He added that while he appreciates the efforts that the Security Services and the Armed Forces make, he is also very impressed with the professionalism and courage of the men and women who work day and night to defend the nation.
