A six-year-old boy who went missing in the Tafilah Governorate, south-west of Amman, six days ago was found dead on Monday.

A security source said that police officers found the child's lifeless body in Wadi Barza, near Sama Al Rousan village in the Bani Kinanah District in Irbid, Al Rai newspaper reported.

The child’s body was transferred to the Forensic Medicine Department, while the case is currently being investigated by the Attorney General.
