A 25-meter high retaining wall collapsed on Monday in the area of Ain Ghazal in Amman.

According to a source from the Civil Defense Directorate (CDD), the wall collapsed onto a nearby building during excavation works, which left its residents trapped inside.

Luckily though, no injuries have been reported, and forces from the CDD are currently working on removing the trapped residents from the building.
