71 passengers were killed in a plane crash, shortly after taking off from Domodedovo airport in Moscow. The plane was heading to Orsk when it went down and crashed near the village of Argunovo.

The plane, operated by Saratov Airlines, vanished from radar screens shortly after the takeoff, Russia Today reported.

Russian media reported that 65 passengers, 6 crew members were on board.

Spokesperson of the emergencies said fragments of the plane and many bodies were found near the village of Stepanovskoe, the official news agency TASS reported.
