A Palestinian teenager was shot in the neck on Wednesday, in the district of Nablus, according to Maan news.

Muhyi al-Din Abed al-Rahman Salah, 16, was injured with a live bullet at the entrance of Burqa village in the evening, as Israeli soldiers were targeting youths, according to Ghassan Daghlas, an official who monitors settlement activity in the West Bank.

Meanwhile, Daghlas said that Salah’s injury was moderate.

Since the beginning of 2018, four Palestinian minors were reported dead, after Israeli forces opened fire at them.

Israeli forces have previously been accused of “extrajudicial killings,” and rights groups have condemned Israeli authorities for their use of excessive force against Palestinians during incidents which could have been handled without the use of fatal violence.
