Sixteen Palestinians were detained by Israeli forces on Wednesday from across the West Bank.

The Palestinian Detainee Club said that the occupation forces raided different areas in the cities of Nablus, Qalqilya, Jericho, Tulkarm, Bethlehem and Hebron.

Israeli forces have also closed the Hawara barrier and the road connecting Nablus with Qalqilya in the West Bank, all the way to Jeet town near Tulkarm.

According to the Popular Resistance Committee, Palestinian citizens had to take alternative roads to get to Awrta town then to Bita town in order to leave Nablus towards the center of the West Bank, which has caused huge traffic jams in both towns.
